Rak’s rack repair products are the solution for the repair and
reinforcement of damaged frames.
We can save you money! By choosing to use the Mac Rak repair kits
you stop the cycle of damaging, unloading, repairing, re-loading,
damaging etc.
In most circumstances there is minimal down time and minimal rack
unloading, we offer you a one of a kind solution that is configured
to your existing racking system.
The Mac Rak repair products are designed to fit any type of rack,
and will meet or exceed the original rack manufactures
specifications. All of the Mac Rak products are custom made to
answer your needs and repair your specific rack damages. We proudly
offer a 5 year warranty on materials and workmanship. All post
material is made from 50,000 PSI minimum yield high strength, 12
gauge or heavier steel. All repair kits are powder coated to
the customer color choice. Paint specifications are subject to
change on small orders. Some colors, may require an additional
charge.

Front Line Rack Repair

Returns front frame post to it’s near
original condition.

Elite Rack Repair

Double leg front frame post repair kit.

Bolted installation. Requires no field
welding.

High impact, impact deflecting front post.

Requires 3, 3/4" anchors. Two on the front
post to increase impact and shear and to minimize twist,
and one anchor on back post.

Bolts thru existing holes in frame when
possible, to make installation easy and fast.

Accommodates beam levels with factory welded
or field bolted beam hanger brackets.

Elite Slant Leg Repair Kit

Max Guard Plus

-
The guard consists of a 4" high 3/8" thick
deflector with one internal 3/4" anchor that is welded to your
choice of 12", 18" or 24" standard height column. The frame is
protected from fork lift out riggers by the 4" high deflector
and the frame post above the defector is shielded against minor
pallet and product damage by the column shield.

The Max Guard Plus column protector is the
perfect solution to stopping lower frame damage caused by
outriggers on straddle lift trucks.

Column Protectors

The Mac Rak guard is 12” high made with ½”
plate steel welded to 4” x 6” x 3/8” angle. 48” row end guards
have 5, 7/8” holes to accommodate 3 to 5, ¾” anchors for the
finest end of row protection available.

Row end guards are powder coat painted in
standard safety yellow. Shipping weight is approximate 75 pounds
per row end guard. Row end guards are available in left, right
or double entry, in lengths to fit your specifications.
